1. Permitted Use

The GigaPulse service is provided for individual network diagnostics, performance research, and educational purposes. You agree not to:

• Engage in automated scraping or systematic retrieval of data from the service.
• Use the service's "Audit" logic for unauthorized stress-testing (DDoS) of third-party networks.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary latency grade algorithms.

2. Accuracy and Data Integrity

GigaPulse employs high-precision edge monitoring, however, your results are subject to environmental variables including background traffic, hardware bottlenecks, and local interference. GigaPulse does not guarantee that the results of any test represent the permanent or maximum capability of your ISP connection.

3. Intellectual Property

The GigaPulse brand, the "Pulse Audit" methodology, and the leaderboard architecture are the exclusive property of GigaPulse. User results shared via social media or our permalinks are granted a non-exclusive license for public display, provided the GigaPulse branding remains intact.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

GigaPulse provides diagnostics on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any service interruptions, data charges, or hardware damage resulting from the use of our high-throughput diagnostic tools.
